Do not go into this store they will rip you off and then not correct their mistakes Heather is the manager she is disrespectful and rude .She will not return your phone call .
Walked into Verizon on a Sunday not thinking about making an appointment as I found out later you don't need to, and realized there was only 2 Sales Representatives that were available, and figured ok they are busy and doing the best they can and cut them some slack, maybe it's better to make an appointment. So the next day I called the store, and asked if you need to make an appointment, to which I was told "No you don't need to, but it might be advisable so you don't have to wait being that we get very busy".
