Went in twice about my phone and they insisted it needed a new sim card..got one and it still didn't work..so they tell me there's nothing "they" could do..called the help center and in less than 10 minutes they found my problem and my phone works fine..i think these "so called" Verizon reps need to be retrained..thanks for nothing!

The unlimited plan is bogus if you live out of the "Verizon wireless network" which I was never told about when I signed up. Verizon decided it costs them too much money so told me to find a new network and they are cutting off my service as of October 17. Not an easy task in rural Wisconsin to find service so now I'm screwed. I've been a customer for 10 years with 8 lines, a mifi and Hum. Don't trust them. They lie. Looking for a lawyer.
