Got a new iphone8plus last year and it is the worst .. hate going on to the store and why not open at 8 rather than 10 ,
Treats you great as a new customer, and if you want to add lines but really on the low end of customer service for exiting customers. So I was told add a new line and cancel one the existing lines. What sense does that make. Isn’t that the same thing I’m asking. But would have to let a lot of people know one number had changed. Guess I’ll check my other options. Thanks Verizon.
I was in yesterday and today and had exceptional service!! Jon and Marcus went above and beyond to take care of our needs and were super friendly and professional �. All of the staff was courteous and willing to help.
