Recommended; Had the best service ever! Totally didn't catch the lady's name (she had teal coloured hair) who helped us but when we go in to upgrade my wife's phone, I hope she helps us again. I'm so happy with my choice of phone, all thanks to the lovely lady. ☺

I had the best customer service experience over the phone. Chanzo is the man! (pardon me if i spelled his name wrong) Chanzo if you see this review you might be in the wrong field you are a true comedian. Thank you for solving my problem super quick! & making us laugh along the way. This world needs more customer service reps like you!
HORRIBLE customer service. Went there two times both times no bueno. I just waited over 30+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. While they helped people who came in after me. After waiting 30 minutes with no help I left. Might just switch to at&t 4 year customers.
Went in to get a new phone on Saturday, and the staff greeted me and took my name. A couple minutes later I was being helped. All around good time. Never had that at a Verizon store before.
Just wanted to give a positive shout out to the staff at the Verizon Wireless in Minot. Dy, Abby and Ashley did a great job helping us today fix my phone and change some stuff on an old family plan without changing my contract. Also want to give a shout out to customer service Morgan who helped us figure it out and got it fixed awesome job girls! This is why we have been with Verizon for over 17 years.
I think that this company will screw their customer's every chance they GET! I recently upgraded my wife's phone and told the rep to put all charges on my credit card that I pay off monthly! I also told him that I did not want any new charges on my monthly statement! But low and behold that was too much to ask of a Verizon wireless employee, I just got my new bill and it was $ 35 more than my last bill! It kind of reminds me of Obama!
