Horrible customer service. First of all, perhaps you should tell your employees how inappropriate it is to comment about their political beliefs in front of customers. 2nd - The man who helped us (I can't allow myself to call him a gentleman) was just plain rude. You have to be able to do better than this. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend Verizon based on the people that you have hired to represent you.
