I never post reviews, but this was so bad. I was rushing to get the appointment I made on time and wasn’t helped for 35 minutes. A lady came up to me and asked what I needed help with, then she left for like 5 minutes. Then someone else came in and she immediately went to help him. I waited 35 minutes. Someone else came in and he was helped immediately as well. Service sucks. Poor customer service.
The employees are horrible They ask you to sign in while taking new customers that walked through the doors and their friends before people who were waiting. I went into this location on 3/13/2026. There is no need for me to ever return. I’ll travel to locations out of the city for needed in person services.
