My SIM card failed and followed all the steps online to fix it to no avail. Took 10 min to get it swapped out for an ESIM card (including the wait to see someone) at no cost. Xavier was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The review might not have saved from yesterday. If there's a duplicate, just know I only visited this store once yesterday. The TLDR is this: I was treated with disrespect and contempt. The longer version: I have intermittent communication impairment. One sales rep just did a 180 and walked away from me while I was attempting to speak with her. A different rep treated me like I was an alien weirdo. He would not address me by my name or even by "sir". He would not look at me. I got a hurried "what do you want?" from him. I go... read more
