I’ve been going for over a yr now and I started off as a beginner and very insecure. The small classes and knowledgeable, friendly coaches really helped gain my confidence. Now I attend classes 5 days a week and the gym is part of what I do. It’s been great getting to know the coaches, especially Tyler.
