I chose this mortgage company because of the stellar reviews, yet here I am providing a poor rating. Marcus E. Was recommended by an individual and unfortunately their reputation has soiled along with Marcus'. Marcus failed to show support, lacked professional communication skills and had poor follow up. In my experience Marcus was untruthful OR had no knowledge of what was occurring, either way - that reflects poorly on Verity/Eustis Mortgage.
