Worst provider health insurance I’ve ever experienced. Holds payments to providers for over a year, and then forces facilities to bill the covered participants , who, at times, mistakenly pay for covered services.Can’t believe all of this isnt fraud and horridly illegal. Graft at its absolute worst. Can’t even begin to describe how awful this employer provided insurance is and that employees are forced to except for decent employment.
