Renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, windows and siding were done as expected. However the sub contractors were generally of lower quality (cabinets and drywall in particular). The company left the back door and upstairs laundry room window wide open during a weekend of a well-announced summer rain storm, flooding the kitchen and laundry room. I went to Verity Construction to have my home rebuilt after the Almeda wildfire in Southern Oregon. While facing extremely difficult situations during the rebuild, including major labor shortages, escalating material costs and material shortages, Verity was able to rebuild my home in seven months. I think I was the fifth home finished in my neighborhood. I’m so happy to be HOME again!! Thanks Verity…
When building a custom home and you want everything possible to go wrong. These are the people to hire for sure! From the drywall , to the interior paint, to the failure to observe setback requirements from the city. Inexperienced project managers that need to be micromanaged by the owner rather than management within the builder. Blaming subcontractors for mistakes and failures to call them out and correct. I could keep going , but if you’re reading this I’m thinking this paints the picture of our experience!
Five stars for Verity Construction! We recently worked with Verity Construction for a small office renovation project. We needed to close off a point of entry with drywall, and have a glass door installed at a second point of entry. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and delivered quality results. The Verity team recently completed a remodel of our kitchen. Their communication and project management skills were top notch. Any barriers identified were immediately addressed to our complete satisfaction. Questions were answered promptly and completely. They finished on budget and on time. We will definitely use them for any remodel or building projects in the future.
