I understand that you have the rules for drivers, but when you haven't been doing them for years, then you want to put them back in place. Chose one or the other. Instead of having the driver walk the length of the building have them give the keys to the person that comes out to put the glad hand lock on the trailer. Much easier and more efficient.
They need to be more professional When you go into the building and one of dock workers are on the radio saying how truck drivers are so dumb I think that’s not right. What would they do if a truck driver said same thing
