Overall okay and unloading was not slow. The main issue was communication. Check-in staff were not very responsive, and after docking it could be hard to find someone at times due to meetings or breaks. I arrived early hoping to unload earlier, but early unloading was not available, so there is no need to arrive too early — about 30 minutes before the appointment is enough.
