Ck in at 7:30 am and got unloaded within 45 minutes G8 don’t miss appointment if you’re late more than 30min you may have to reschedule.
After reading the reviews, I was expecting the worst, though some drivers did mention that things sometimes went quickly. My appointment was for 7:30; I arrived at 6:45 and was assigned a dock right away. I had to back into the dock, slide the tandems, chock the wheels, disconnect the red air line, and head to the driver waiting room. I was unloaded within 30 minutes—possibly even sooner. It was a great experience working with this company.

One of the slowest receiver! Only by appointment but still takes 4-5 hours to unload a van load.
Do not send your truck here , it will take some time to unload you no matter how much pallets
