Set up a CD online, and needed the money for a project. I came into the branch. Ms. Johana Castro was very helpful and informative to my needs. Very friendly folks. Maybe it’s time to leave my old bank of too many years!

Unfortunately, due to a bank error at the Lakewood branch Veritex location, my rent payment was denied, and I am now forced to make in person payments to my property manager going forward. The bank manager was completely oblivious/could have cared less about this predicament. This, after being a patron of the branch for over 10 years. I have also had problems with charges being denied while traveling within the state. This is a "mom and pop" bank that needs to get with the times. Terrible drive through service.... long lines and 30 minute wait times. Not convenient! Waited in the non commercial line or bay only to watch others behind me drive away or into the next lane only to still be waiting. This bank has poor customer service and lacks professional standards towards its customers and clients.
