My experience in banking with Veritex is on the business banking side on behalf of an HOA. I've always had great service and quick turnaround on conversations for all of our various needs, from opening new accounts to setting up mobile services and additional treasury support. I grew up in a small town and got very accustomed to small town banking. I've been banking in Houston for over 35 years and I have tried them all big and small, trust me when I say these guys are different. They remind me of that small town Bank that I grew up with who we're all about customer service. These are real human beings making real human decisions in the most kind and caring way possible.
