I went to Veritex for the rates but Anna, in Clear Lake, makes me feel like she really appreciates my business. I asked her about other services that I might be interested in and she jumps to get me information and contacts. Excellent experience so far.

Very bad service , after I open cd account for 500000 amonth later was asked to close account, I believe the branch manager very prejudice and rude
As treasurer for 4yrs of a very small neighborhood association we have used Prospect Bank NOW Veritex as our bank. I have found nothing easy about working with Veritex. Personnel in local bank changes frequently and none of the tellers have been particularly friendly or helpful. Many phone calls have been made to a bank officer with connections to get help.
