Great service
Door is locked when I get there. Have to ring a bell. Dude opening the door looks me up and down as I walk in. I have to sit and wait 10 minutes while no one is in the building. Lady has to call to make sure she can even give me a card replacement for my expired card. I was told by the call center I could get my expired card replacement same day here, system was down so it isn't even fully processed as I leave and I could only get it through the mail. Gonna take a week. Feels unorganized and I left frustrated.
Alert !!! FEES, FEES and MORE FEES. Want a debit card? That'll be $10. Sorry, we canceled your card without you knowing, because we can... want another one? That'll be $10. Don't use your card? Bummer, That'll be $15. Want to throw your money away? Bank here. Don't get me wrong, there are great people that work here and will help you all they can during business hours - but their business hours are the same hours most people work and they are held prisoner by their bank policies.
