A taste of class This is a restaurant that is not just a meal, but an experience. I would definitely say Veritas is a bit expensive by probably 20-30% more than it should be, but at the same time its sooooo good.
As usual, the food is amazing. Great drinks, steak and seafood. We eat here at least once a month and will continue. Love the atmosphere. A++
I went to Veritas with my Chef husband and our guest who is also a Chef. Chic/sexy ambience . Fantastic wine, eclectic, sophisticated, savory appetizers and entrees and knowledgeable/professional wait staff. The desserts needed some work but the other more than made up for it. Thank you Veritas for a wonderful dining experience!

Wow~! Best seafood I have ever tasted. Live Sea Urchin Roe and Abalone in Central Texas? Hard to believe but it does happens at Veritas Wine and Bistro thanks to Chef Tai Lee's insistence on fresh seafood. My wife and I had his Tasting Menu comprised of 6 courses of fresh and artfully designed dish. Every dish pleased our senses and the wine we selected went so well with the food. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who appreciate quality over quantity. Based on quality of the food, this place is a true bargain.
Best seafood in College Station – This place is absolutely the best place to eat out! They had fresh sashimi (some were LIVE!!) and had the best Tenderloin Steak in town. Service was very nice. Our server knew what he was talking about. This place has a wonderful decor and it simply feels like a very nice restaurant in big city. I love their glass wine cellars.
