Love this gym! Family style oriented. They aim for nutrition and proper body movements rather than rushing you to higher weights before you're ready. They guide you through all movements and are so helpful. Recommend for complete newbies to pros.
I joined the Veritas group over six months ago. I enjoy the workouts and look forward to going everyday. All the coaches and members are encouraging and very helpful. I have definitely seen great results with my transformation. I truly recommend Veritas to anyone who wants to see results.
