https://dojmt.gov/consumer/tenants-and-landlords/ says they MUST provide IN WRITING no more than 30 days from moving out a list of deductions from the deposit. They failed to do this. Also, it took from July 10 until August 29 to return ANY of my deposit. THey are good at making excuses, but they do NOT follow the law.
Veritas Property Management has been nothing but exceptional to me and my roommates. Every time we had an issue, there were swift to assist us. They are very honest and upfront about everything. They go above and beyond any average management company. Every member of the staff is kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. I am grateful for this management company and the people that staff it!
They are wonderful! I have never had an issue that was not resolved same day. I would highly recommend Veritas!!!
My daughter(and her roommates) rent from this unprofessional,biased, and racist company. Elizabeth and her league of extraordinary morons have continued to successfully rob, manipulate and lie to not only tenants but potential tenants. Their day will come, Karma has nothing on an upset mother! I can't believe this type of behavior is accepted by upper management.
