You are not getting positive reviews. I've been with your doctors for 35 years and it has got so bad since Dr Patel left. Most people working there are incredibly rude and do not answer the phone. Your website says it opens for phonecalls at 3pm yet you never answer till 4pm. Terrible please avoid. Also I've seen previous responses. You blame the patients. Referred here by my doctors surgery. Very friendly and prompt attention.
Forced to move surgeries from Veritas because of the senior doctor Dr Shetty - every encounter with this man has been horrid. Feels more like a corporate business than a NHS clinic. Final straw was when we refused to give me a prescription that my consultant from the hospital requested. Vile. Shame, as the reception staff are incredibly helpful ! I can't believe Veritas are still trying to mess my life up and have registered me AGAIN despite me telling them repeatedly not to for weeks, and now all my treatments I had booked with Hollies are cancelled!!!, including crucial mental health assessment referral. Unbelievable incompetence from staff which has significantly impacted my mental health for the worse. To have everything ruined and cancelled like that was just devastating to me.
