This firm claims they base their findings on documents but continually have extremely low appraisals compared to others. They devalued our home just like all the reviews before. Please refuse their services. How many times can they write that the people are trying to defame them before the people catch on they are an awful company?
I regret for not checking the review online before I accepted this company, this appraiser cost me a big chunk of money by devalued my brand new house. Interest went high because I didn't have enough equity. To whoever read this, please, do not, I repeat, do not accept appraisal from Michael or this company. He doesn't deserve even one star.
Grossly undervalued our home by 19% below Hatfield. Waste of money. The price given was in favor of the person wanting the price to be low. $250,000 for for a 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, $30,000 remodeled kitchen & appliances, new roof and plumbing, Colorado redstone patio with 8 person hot tub? If you want a far below value, this is the company to go to.
I share the same experience of the other reviewer. Michael came to the house to conduct the appraisal and then never returned phone calls and I never received a report. He completely wasted my time and now I have to start all over finding a new appraiser.
I would not recommend them at all! Came to appraise my house on Sept 28th and I am still waiting to sign papers to close on my refinance because the guy didn't send the paperwork that Rocket Mortgage needed! I tried to get ahold of the guy that did the appraisal by phone, by leaving text and voice messages and he never got back with me! I am still waiting to hear when I get to close!
