WORST IT-QA DEPARTMENT! Worked there for 9 months as a contractor and QA management is full of fake and and disrespectful individuals! The company is great and I have so much respect for the vise president and CEO, but the QA management team and QA lead(An Indian lady, I am an Indian too), is so so so disrespectful and unprofessional!!! This place is a joke to work at. I complained to several higher ups about systems and equipment not working properly for 2+ years and nothing was done, until they let me go for performance based on what they did not do. They preach non stop about how they appreciate employees first yet treat them like numbers, they do not care. Don’t be fooled by the top work places awards. This place is not anywhere near a place you want to work.
DO NOT WORK HERE. They put words in your mouth and make assumptions. They won’t even have a one on one discussion with you before treating you like you don’t care for your job. I have never thought a work environment like this could exist. They stress to you about bullying and harassment but the higher ups are the ones to do it. Stay away.
IT management is terrible, does not provide access to new hires and they judge quickly on work progress, fires contractors without notice.
