If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. The turnaround time on just a basic response is about three weeks. If you add in actually getting the records and you'll be waiting months. Worst customer service ever. The only explanation is that there is only 1 person working there.

On top of already waiting several weeks for medical records we still have to contact them and provide our email to get a link to download records….. no time frame on when the link will be sent. Download option should be linked already with the access code. Prolonging receipt of records some more

The people that work for this company are rude and incompetent. Every time I’ve spoken to someone new I’ve gotten a different answer on why my request for my records was denied. I’ve called 5 times and am still waiting for an answer. And forget about getting a call back from the supervisor. I’ve been waiting 4 days for that too. I really wish Northwell would get a new provider because this is ridiculous

Can't help but agree here with the negative reviews. Calling takes hours from your day; emailing gets you absolutely nowhere. I'm not sure how this company is still in business.

You know it's going to be a long day when you have to call Verisma. Desperately need more people on their phones. There have been times I waited so long the call just dropped! Sickening
