Doctor is not a good doctor
Hello,I have decided that any medical company that puts their rules before a patients health is not the place I want to be seen at.You refuse to send a referralbecause the other doctor sent it on Tuesday and you have a rule (first time I heard of it) that others must submit for a referral72 hours before appointment.As I mentioned I had an appointment to get fitted for dialysis and you felt my health was not as important as your rules so for that reason I am getting anotherPCP.My wife Edna will not return either.
My appointments have always been met on a timely manner.All staff are respectful, courteous, friendly, always have a smile on their faces.I have enjoyed coming to this office and being taken care of by Dr.Vera and her staff , they're all very good people
