Dr Mercado is an excellant physician. Easy to communicate, encouraging on lab results, positive approach for contuing treatments. Outstanding Staff...Maria is very efficient in handling calls & resolving issues with schedules or prescriptions.
I love my Doctor, very attentive and explains everything with details. Seems very concern about his patients well being.
Wonderful experience at this doctor’s office!! The staff are so helpful and welcoming. My first appt was with Rosario Peña and I am so grateful for her and her expertise. She is very knowledgeable and insightful. I immediately knew that I was at the right place. Rosario Peña welcomed me as a new patient. She listened to my concerns and helped me to get the care that I need. I am beyond grateful to be cared for by the staff at this location. Dr. Mercado is a doctor with love and dedication to his profession. Dr. Mercado cares about my well-being and makes sure that he will prescribe medication only if necessary. He spends every minute of my visit asking me for details about the progress of the treatment. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms but gets into the condition's root cause. Had a good. Visit with ARNP Rosario. She advised me to call if I needed her. The next two days my blood pressure was alarmingly high. I called two days in a row, left detailed messages and never received a return call. I will be seeking a new primary. Do not recommend.
