I have been going to VeriMed Health Group Brooksville for a while now. This office staff is AWESOME! Alissa the front office receptionist is so friendly and warm. The Medical Assistants Holly and Velma are so sweet and they work hard to make sure you are comfortable and put as ease. They are very good at their job. I called to schedule an appointment for my mother and was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. When someone finally answered, instead of scheduling the appointment, I was asked how soon I needed to be seen and what insurance we have. I said I would take the first available appointment, even after being told it wasn't until the end of October. Dr Margaret and Team are amazing! My entire family sees Dr Margaret. Personable, reliable and respectful provider. Honorable mention to Alyssa who always takes the time to make sure I have all of my appts and Holly that is the best intake person! My mini-hero has been Caitlyn.
