Wonderful thorough assistance from Carina V. She made sure I was well educated on everything we went through for my auto loan and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about everything each step of the way. Highly recommend.
Erin at the Eden Prairie office is absolutely stellar! It's wild to have a working car one day and a totalled car the next. It's overwhelming to say the very least. I called to ask about our loan and rolling it in to a new car and what we needed to do (how do you even know what to ask???) and she explained it all to me without making me feel dumb. Edited 5/29/25: I'm editing my original review from 1 to 3 stars. Carina V. was very helpful in explaining my situation and why I am not able to do things online. Basically I would need to have a checking/savings account with them to accomplish what I need. I am not in need of another account so I have been writing checks each month as the system in place has no work around if you do not bank with them.
