Most unorganized financial institution I have ever dealt with. Seems like they are TRYING to screw up everything. Horrible ! ! ! ! !
Terrible place to get a loan. They tried to tell me how much my loan payment was regardless of the paperwork from the lender showing the payment amount. Wasted time. Happily will take my business elsewhere.

The ATM took money when I tried to deposit it.. because of this one of my bills failed to go through and I was charged a $32 fee. Hope losing my business was worth the $52 dollars!
Our Language is English FIRST. Why when you call Veridian you get Spanish speaking first. I was told it was the Board. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING. GO back to regular recording for the phone. We are NOT IN MEXICO ..This is USA. ENGLISH. What are they doing? I have been with Veridian for a long time but will be leaving.
The staff are friendly and Veridian Credit Union by far is the best bank I have ever worked with.
Veridian is awesome! I have been a member of Veridian (formerly John Deere Community credit union) for over 10 years now and I have never had any issues with them. Nearly all of my loans/credit cards are with Veridian. They have friendly staff, great rates, and it's so easy to do online banking. Five full stars!
