At a time when I just went through a move to be closer to my children and also while I'm in the middle of a custody case and need every penny, Veridian has seen fit to not only create additional overdraft fees (which were caused by unauthorized debits) by processing charges out of order but has also refused to admit their error and reverse their charges.
