Krystal or Crystal, however you spell it, is a receptionist here and she is SO rude!! Everytime I come she always as an attitude with me. Straight face and a bothered tone Everytime I come for an appointment. I wanted to mention, I am Mexican, and everytime a white person comes up to Krystal, she's nice to them. She might be racist. Last time I came I had a new insurance company, so I handed her the card. She snatched it from me, and threw it back at me. Horrible service.
The receptionists are so rude! They cut you off mid sentence. I've been having trouble with my memory and saying words. They get irritated with me and just treat you like you don't matter. It's a mental health facility! Treating someone with depression like that could really hurt them or be dangerous. They also hang up on you before you can say anything. So many times I've had to call back because they hung up when I wasn't done. The only reason I gave three starts is the med provider Caryn Huslig is really great. Those rece... read more

I’ve dealt with this staff on more than one occasion. Most recent was today for a referral for Spravato. Not only was Leslie extremely rude about telling me you HAVE to be a patient there - okay Leslie I got it. Am I even allowed to speak or ask a question? Oh right. Veridian. I forgot who I was speaking with. Before I could even say “I will let my provider know, thank you.” She hung up on me mid sentence. And it’s not the first time she has when I’ve had to talk to them.
