When I went like 14 years ago I saw Dr. Michelle Abella. Shes not there anymore. She was the only good therapist there. Listened and cared. I would not recommend Diane Geisen if she's there. Seemed uninterested and got frustrated when I repeated things to process them. I have an amazing therapist now who is a great fit for me.
My therapist is the best friend, I never knew I needed. She is fantastic!!
If I could post 0 stars I would. Front desk on 7/8/2025 is incredibly rude. I take full reservations for forgetting my paperwork during our house move. I arrived a half hour early to complete new forms. I was met with rudeness & eye rolls. Will not even try to reschedule.
First time I went i was skeptical about even being there..My therapist Jennifer was very helpful in making me feel calm,although the first meds weren't for me..I came back on the second visit and and we straightened it out quickly..I feel secure that she has my mental health condition under control at least for now.
As a Veteran I could never recommend this place to other veterans. They are highly unqualified and disorganized. They are quick to alter medications and trying to get refills is like pulling teeth. On average it takes them 2-3 days to return calls which in the case of medication refills, is unacceptable. I believe most of the staff are grossly incompetent, and if you value your health/treatment look elsewhere.
