Very unorganized and unprofessional. I received my new patient paperwork only hours before my scheduled appointment, and the form was several pages long. I opted for a virtual appointment (BIG MISTAKE) and at the time of my appointment I never received a link to their portal. I waited over a month for this appointment, and no care was taken to ensure I was treated. I called their office and they were closed, and the after hours line couldn't help me. Good heats
She never introduced her self to me and was irritated that I didn't have my list of meds memorized and had to reference my list. I petted her dog and sat on the couch. I was asked to move as no one is to sit on that couch.
When I went like 14 years ago I saw Dr. Michelle Abella. Shes not there anymore. She was the only good therapist there. Listened and cared. I would not recommend Diane Geisen if she's there. Seemed uninterested and got frustrated when I repeated things to process them. I have an amazing therapist now who is a great fit for me.
My therapist is the best friend, I never knew I needed. She is fantastic!!
