one of the most untalented engineering & management teams I’ve ever come across. They add very little, if any, value to the parts manufactured here. Good employees carrying the company, but who knows for how long.

First thing that should’ve been a red flag was the supervisor being 40 minutes late for the interview and not even apologizing for it. Afterwards, I was made to wait a week for an offer that is below the wage we agreed on before the interview . I still took it and after completing all their hoops, I get sick on my first day. All I asked was for a simple push back (something they themselves offered so they were willing and capable of doing it) so I can feel better and start properly. One of the worst if not the worst Management and Leadership I've ever came across. I took on an HR role as a contract for 3 months. Full time, 40hrs/week. My first day I was asked to work 3 days a week. At the end of the day my Manager asked me if I was coming back the next day, and essentially begged me to not leave her and the Company. The following day I was let out 2 hours early. Every day after that was less and less hours. I asked my Direct Manager for more work to do.
