First thing that should’ve been a red flag was the supervisor being 40 minutes late for the interview and not even apologizing for it. Afterwards, I was made to wait a week for an offer that is below the wage we agreed on before the interview . I still took it and after completing all their hoops, I get sick on my first day. All I asked was for a simple push back (something they themselves offered so they were willing and capable of doing it) so I can feel better and start properly.
