Property management is very ignorant in the sense that they do not take matters seriously and take days to address whatever situation is at hand. For example, we have had no AC in our suite for days, and management was extremely delayed in their response and were unresponsive, extremely difficult to get hold of. RioCan has a problem with selling these overpriced condos. Marketing is trying to do something, but units are not selling. Why would units at Islington be more expensive then downtown Toronto?!
