The Property Management here is terrible. Communication is poor, concerns are not addressed in a timely manner
Property management is very ignorant in the sense that they do not take matters seriously and take days to address whatever situation is at hand. For example, we have had no AC in our suite for days, and management was extremely delayed in their response and were unresponsive, extremely difficult to get hold of. After days with no AC, our apartment being stuck at 28 degrees, and barely any acknowledgment by management until the issue had progressed, they finally contacted higher maintenance to address the building’s issue wi... read more
