Doctor is friendly, wait time when calling is ridiculous. They charge enough….hire more staff.
I've been going to this place for at least 6 years. The staff has always treated me well. Besides the once in a while urgent care visits, I also regularly get treated for dehydration issues. If it weren't for Dr Zack, Heather, Danni, and Emily, I wouldn't be able to work, and possibly worse than that. I am very grateful for how quick they can get me in and how much of a difference they've made in my life. They have literally saved my life!
Absolutely horrible experience that went in for blood work results in script refills and sat there for two and a half hours was ridiculous and highly unprofessional I would not refer anybody there and they were not very understanding. Or able to resolve this situation just kept giving excuses
He took my mom away quickly by taking her off a steroid he put her on for 5 yrs. Her death came so fast. She should not have been taken off prednisone abruptly. (If no star was option that is what I would choose.)
