All the therapists at Verdure are fantastic with different specialties, but the one I see most often is Gracia (Maria Gracia Florendo) who I visit monthly. She does an amazing job finding areas of tightness I didn't know about, and fixing them before they can blossom into an issue. When I have active pain or mobility issues from a sports injury, which at my age is all too common, her myofascial release therapy is like healing magic. Gracia is amazing. She gets straight to the root of whatever’s going on and knows exactly how to work through it until it’s actually resolved — not just temporarily better. She has a real talent for figuring out what your body needs and helping it heal. She’s even helped me start recovering from the effects of an injury that happened 25 years ago. I always walk out of a session feeling like real progress has been made. Highly recommend.

Very good experience! Verdure is located in the back of a hair salon, so it's a little tricky to find, but there's a sign on the door and Google navigated me right there without issues. The room was nice and the spa music was soothing. Temperature was perfect. The pressure was too intense at first, but once I let my massage therapist know that, she immediately lessened and I was happy. I am a returning client and will continue to go to Hidemi and Maria.
