After using Verdun successfully for 15 years, they have lost a customer. The windows came with the wrong jamb size. The work was re-booked for re-install, but not complete. They'll have to come back for a third visit to install 2 windows. Verdun's service is not what it used to be and they don't seem to care. It's too bad, they used to.
Takes months to get your windows but even longer to get doors. We ordered in August but still can’t get a date for the doors. Disappointing.
