Great experience during the quotation process with Caitlin in Ottawa
Installers were great "Walid". The sales rep could have given more information about inside width of the windows (as they are smaller than my previous windows) and my blinds do not fit. Also the handle for the kitchen window is directly behind my kitchen faucet making the window difficult to open, again the sales rep should have been aware and advised me as he had no window brochure or samples for me to see the window the windows were his choice.
