I have gone to their emergency room many times and have always had a positive experience with the staff. You can always look up the situation in emergency rooms Quebec before you go to get an idea of how long you could wait. I am English and the staff spoke to me in English I was speaking to them in French. Thank you to the hard working team

I’ve had to visit this ER multiple times now and I have to commend the staff for being the kindest of any emergency department I’ve experienced, every time. Yes the wait times are long - they’re long all over the country, giving a bad review for wait times (which is a systemic problem) is pointless. They’re warm here and I felt they cared. The triage nurses are helpful right off the bat. Everyone I’ve encountered at reception was positive. Doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Compare to any other branch of the great Québec minister of Health Emergency service, this one stands out. Sure my wife spent 2 night in a balcony suit which strangely resembled an ER hallway and was strangely 5ft away from her Neighboors but the service was top notch compared to other franchisees. From nurses to staff, from surgeons to residents, everyone and I mean everyone was kind. Caring. Honest (!). And patient. I m not kidding, all the people working there are real people.
