The family and I have been long past due in replacing the piping in our home. We got a few quotes, but are more than happy that we found Verdugo Plumbing. I called Verdugo plumbing because I had a great experience with them a few years ago but when I called them this time, their foreman that came out to do an estimate for an issue with my water heater took one look without doing any kind of inspection and told me I had to do an entire replacement of my water heater which was barely 5 years old. I called another company for a second opinion and they repaired my issue at low cost within 30 minutes. Definitely do not recommend
I had a very bad experience with them and I would warn anyone about using them and advise to seek help elsewhere. They came out to assess and quote on an issue (a clog that cause water overflowing in other areas), they charged me a pretty large sum to fix a leak and run a snake to unclog my drain 1.5 hours worth of work that cost me $1200, which did not fully fix my problem.
