They gave me a huge repair quote without running proper diagnostics. The tech was in and out in under 20 minutes and didn’t even check the thermostat. I called a different company who fixed the actual problem for a lot less. Felt like they were trying to take advantage. Would not recommend.
Absolutely terrible. The tech replaced a part without confirming it was the problem, and the AC still didn’t cool. When I called to report it, they said I’d need a second appointment with another charge. No accountability, no solution.

They come every month for PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, helping us save a lot of money in the long run. They check our air conditioning and furnace, replacing filters and parts as necessary.
