Leonard was the service technician for my AC system issue, and he was very thorough during the inspection. He clearly explained the problem with the HVAC system, what was causing it, and the steps needed to complete the repair. I would rate his work as exceptional. My system is older, so I understand I may need more HVAC service in the future, and I will definitely request Leonard again. I also purchased a furnace checkup service from Leonard, and I plan to schedule that soon and request him for that visit as well.
Roger was very kind and understanding when I called late at night about our furnace thermostat issue. I completely understood that it was after hours, and I really appreciated the reassurance that Verdugo Air Conditioning Service could come out first thing in the morning.
