Wish I didn’t have to use them. If you’ve ever looked at your bill details, their fees are stupid high. Their customer service is the worst, the rudest people ever.
Always great service, we have had to add a meter and they made the process super easy for us. Laney was super helpful when I needed my account reset so I could login to smart hub and sent the information I needed to reset in a timely manner.
