Overpriced. Trash. Had to pay way too Much to start service. Terrible company.
Pre pay electricity is cheaper and it only has 100$ deposit 150 gets yout electricity on only have to put 25 at a time and no fee from the vvec which is 40 that's like 12 days of electricity for me it about 3 dollars a day
They shut my mother in laws electric off with no warning because it was still in her deceased father’s name. (Has been for over 50 years and has always been paid) She is 77 years old and just got out of the hospital. She is on well water so no electric also means no water. We Had to fill out an application which was no big deal, but then they put the account under the wrong name. Next they wanted a $1000 deposit! The manager, Annie is a very rude and hateful woman. I wish there was somewhere else to get electric from.

Gotta have the worst power lines/inground I haven’t lived in this house powered by their electricity and damn power goes out in a drizzle of rain. Terrible company
