Hola le queria comentar a los dueños que su vendedor Cristian no atiende los pedidos de precios de los clientes, pide informacion de domicilio y esta media hora chateando sin pasar un precio algo tan sencillo como eso. Espero que el sea el dueño sino no se entiende como tienen trabajando gente asi. Es como si el precio del material lo pusiera segun la cara del cliente.

We contacted Verdek, via phone calls and emails ( with photos and description of issue), the week before Christmas 2023 regarding product purchased from Verdek ( almost 5 figures in value), still under warranty, covered by a thousand dollar plus warranty policy also purchased from Verdek. We were told that the product manufacturer(OEM) would be on vacation the week after Christmas – not the case it turns out - and that Verdek would get back with us after the first of the year. This company may be fraudulent. It's important to research them before handing over money. We have paid them in advance to reinstate a charging station and have received very little communication and lies about when the work will be completed. This is the 2nd time in one year we have given them money to fix a charging station. They state they are waiting for a part, but won't give any further information than that.
