I don’t know why the front desk staff keeps changing, but it’s getting worse. The woman at the front desk always treats me with a very bad attitude. When my fresh delivery arrived and I went downstairs to pick it up, she wouldn’t let me and told me to come back later, speaking to me with an awful attitude. I've lived here for four years, and while the apartments themselves are nice and have gorgeous views, the cost of living has become increasingly unreasonable. Greystar has a terrible reputation for price fixing and junk fees. Ever since Greystar took over, our total monthly rent increases 8-15% a year and is compounded with random fees that are not clearly explained. This place is a joke. I stopped by to look at an apartment and was told: (1) we don't have anything to show even though our website says it's available; and (2) the unit you saw online is incorrectly priced and actually would cost $500 more per month to rent. Talk about a serious bait and switch. If the leasing office is this difficult before someone signs a lease, imagine what a nightmare they'd be after.
