Update June 2025: I moved away from NOVA earlier this year. I subleased/transferred my apartment and big shout out to the leasing manager Rodrigo Toro for helping me with the lease take over. He talked to everyone who expressed interest in my unit and helped me select the individual who ended up taking over the lease. I saved at least $7000. This is my fourth attempt to leave an honest review. Greystar keeps removing critical feedback while keeping only positive reviews visible. Notice how a wave of new 5-star reviews appeared right after negative ones were taken down — this appears to be a coordinated effort to manipulate ratings. I am extremely disappointed with the front desk experience at Verde Pointe. One of the receptionists, a Black woman with short hair, has consistently treated me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. Her attitude is rude, confrontational, and carries clear undertones of racial bias. Every time I pick up a package, she interrogates me unnecessarily and makes the process difficult with unreasonable demands.
