UPDATE: See attached photos of letter I sent company. So now you’re finally going to respond but only because it’s public. The attached letter shows clearly that I did not want to end my service until the end of the season. Also that I would pay your stupid fee at the end of the year. Also attached is the one time I did receive a response from an email, wondering when someone would come and turn my sprinklers on. Every other time I called and they said someone would call me. We had this lawn company for a few years. They did a good job. Then on the third or fourth year they wanted us to switch to them to have our sprinklers done. Well, of course I was gonna give them a try. I really did like them as a company. They came and blew out our sprinklers in the fall. Everything was great. Then the next year in the spring, they called about the lawn, set up the first appointment. It was me and that was when I Usually get my sprinklers started up. I emailed I called. We had Verde Plus install a sprinkler system and seed our yard. They were very competitive on price and did an excellent job. The owner Angel was very honest and advised me to up the pressure on our well and it saved me a ton of money on the system that he installed. We now also use them for our Christmas lights. I highly recommend this company for any of your Lawn/yard and light needs. Top notch SERVICE!! Keep up the great work!!
