We've been here well over a decade and have seen this place go from a quiet neighborhood, to a place I no longer would recommend to anyone. Our water is often shut off, never truly fixed, the management lacks any time of managing abilities. It's gone from a quiet almost retirement community to a place where the children run through other people's "space" and I''m constantly blocked in by people parked on the street. No longer a nice place to live.
