I was under contact for a townhome in the "oak city overlook" towmhome in Raleigh NC in June 2021. I visited the build site on a regular basis and immediately noticed that they were not building to the plans we had contractually signed for. I also noticed not many sub contractors on the site and the completion date was getting pushed back. My gut instinct told me to cancel my contract because I felt something was amiss. Verde Homes does a poor job of building houses and an even worse job providing repairs for poor installation/builds.
Terrible experience working for this company, its owner Ron Staley usually asks for jobs but they don’t pay for them. He disappeared, he doesn’t answer his cell phone or emails and they say they sold the company. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Horrible, irresponsible company. Staaaay away!!
