A one of a kind ride We took our train loving kids on this train tour and they all had a blast. Just seeing the looks on our kids faces was worth the price alone. The 40 mile round trip usually takes between 3 1/2 and 4 hours. You will be awestruck at the natural beauty and undisturbed wilderness through which you will pass on the tour. This is definately one of Arizona's most scenic attractions.
A fun ride The Verde Valley train excursion is a good time. The scenery is beautiful and the pace is leisurely. A wonderful way to kick back and relax. It provides an opportunity to get back into the countryside and enjoy the open spaces.
Verde Canyon Railroad Excrsn This is a great train ride. We paid for first class and it was really comfortable. But the best view is the open air car, so no need to pay first class prices. The scenery is nice and the 3 1/2 hour ride very relaxing. We saw some eagles on our trip. My teenager enjoyed this a lot more than I expected she would. Don't forget to get your AAA discount.
