Finding a beautiful community was just a plus when finding my home in Verde. I was able to secure my dream home with the dream view. The construction manager Fabio has been a huge help in the understanding and development of the property and always willing to go above and beyond within the process. Kevin is my customer rep and was very thorough in the process to come if and when I needed help him. I love the long standing help and guide along with a solid and loving home. We are so happy to be HOME! Highly recommend!!
In 2023 we decided to move to Babcock Ranch. In April 2024 we decided on the Verde neighborhood, chose our floor plan & upgrades by November of 2024 we closed on our brand new home. We love living here (both BR and Verde) and are incredibly happy with the quality of the home we built, inside and out!
