A great location for drop-in travelers. Good facility and coaching, easy online registration, and the drop in fee gets you a couple of days to enjoy. Would go again when I’m in Boise, and get the tee shirt.
Outstanding facility! Went once to check it out while traveling for work, wound up goin 2 more times. Huge gym. Big OLY setup a ton of machines, 3 separate rigs. Will absolutely be back when I come thru Boise again!!!
Great coaching for all ability levels. Great facilities with plenty of space and equipment. The programming has helped me build strength as well as expanding my aerobic capacity as well.
I had a fantastic experience dropping into Verdant CrossFit! The coaching is top-notch, and they run a very well-structured class. The community is incredibly welcoming right from the start. It’s a great box with solid programming.
