I had a fantastic experience dropping into Verdant CrossFit! The coaching is top-notch, and they run a very well-structured class. The community is incredibly welcoming right from the start. It’s a great box with solid programming.

I’ve always been intrigued by CrossFit after a decade of traditional weightlifting. I was nervous to start this journey since there’s so many new movements to learn. Verdant North coaches are beyond welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home and helped me get out of my head and believe in myself when I didn’t. Would 10/10 recommend.
