Fantastic place to have not only some excellent brews, but also some great food as well. Super incredibly innovative Detroit style pizzas with rotating seasonal toppings like the current "The Kokopelli" (great name for a pizza at a brewery spot in and of itself) which is mozzarella, shallots, pepperoni, green chili, black olives, parm and oregano topped with pine nuts - phenomenal!
Finley is the greatest!!! She is always attentive, polite and eager to serve. She is one of the main reasons we come to Verboten North every week. Then, there is the food>>>always good, never disappointing. The Italian is my goto, but beer cheese soup, pretzels, and pizzas are excellent as well; Jacob is the "bomb!"
Verboten north is a great spot in Fort Collins! My favorite beer, Take a Bath Hippie, is fantastic and always worth ordering. The pizza is very good, along with anything else we’ve sampled. Great beer, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
